Every now and then, you owe it to yourself to stop. Reflect. Glance back. Take a moment to look at where you WERE in comparison to where you ARE. Applaud yourself on the progress, no matter how big or small. We are our toughest critics. We are often so focused on the improvemens that still need to be made that we overlook the milestones. Small steps add up to miles! You're growing, learning, changing, slowly evolving. You are limitlessness.
